Cleveland Indians (2013 Season)

Thought that they would get known people for their hitting and pitching coaches. Have never heard of these guys before.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- New manager Terry Francona's coaching staff is set.

As expected Sandy Alomar Jr. will be the bench coach, Brad Mills the third base coach and Mike Sarbaugh the first base and infield coach.

The Indians not only dipped into their minor league system to promote Sarbaugh, but Mickey Gallaway as well. Gallaway will be the Tribe's third pitching coach since the start of last season.

The other two hires are Ty Van Burkleo as hitting coach and Kevin Cash as bullpen coach

I don't want to see any of these guys back, even for a bag of Fritos. They have to turn the page on these guys and finally move on. Especially with Sizemore. Everyone BUT Antonetti knew that bringing him back would be a disaster.

SO let me fucking get this straight...they FINALLY find a diamond in the rough for one of their scrap heap deals, and in less than a year, they trade him for 2 more pieces of garbage? Antonetti and Shapiro for President and VP of the United States :slappy:

Worst. Front office. Ever.

It's over. We're right back to the 70's-80's train wreck. If they manage a winning record in the next decade, I'll be floored. This franchise is owned/operated by poo flinging baboons.

Did you watch anyone else pitch last year? I find it hard to call him garbage compared to what 3/4 of the rest of the team did. He threw a lot of good innings and didn't break his hand punching a wall, those guys don't grow on trees in this organization.

the bullpen consisted of perez and pestano.

being the least stinkiest turd of what's left doesn't make him good. he was bad this year, especially after AL hitters got to see him, and the farm actually has some bullpen arms. there was zero reason to keep him.

There is a big difference between bullpen arms and good bullpen arms. It was a bad trade and I would like to have some of the names of these bullpen arms that are going to be better than Rogers next season.
