The upside is, the White Sox just got a lot worse. Now, that may seem like a small thing, but, to me, the easier it is to win the Central, the better for the post season. The Tigers haven't been able to slash payroll like they wanted to but it could still happen, and they've don't nothing to get better. The Royals are gearing up for a fire sale... Point being that the easier the path to the postseason the better. Get some guys rest down the stretch (and in the case of Salazar and Carrasso, in season once or twice) and bet in a better spot.

They're trying to create urgency so someone else will pay for him. That will leave no realistic market for Napoli.... and they'll be back where they started but with better leverage.

The rest of the central is looking to be a hot mess right now, that's true. Hopefully we take full advantage of it for a few years.

White Sox seem to be in full rebuild mode, they just shipped Adam Eaton to the Nationals.

They did land Lucas Giolito in the deal, who was Baseball Americas #5 prospect at the beginning of last year, and Reynaldo Lopez who was a top 100 prospect.

Seems like a impressive prospect haul for Eaton.

One of those guys must only have one leg and the other is playing for California penal.

Another step closer to kissing Wahoo goodbye.

You won't see Chief Wahoo as much on Indians uniforms next year

PC:shake: Paul Dolan is a p…y

Correction: the Indians will have Chief Wahoo on their home and away caps
Despite reports to the contrary, Chief Wahoo will appear on the team's caps (blue hat, red bill) when they wear their home white uniforms. Chief Wahoo will also appear on the team's hats (blue caps, blue bills) when they wear their alternate road uniforms - blue tops, gray pants.
