They still play it when the team comes to the field before the game, at least they did last year and the years before. I think on 3rd down they play the bell chime once.

The only game i made it to last year was Penn State. I remember they didnt play Hells Bells when the team was ready to come out onto field. I was pissed becuase that song gave me chills EVERYtime they played before the team ran onto the field....i certainly hope they continue to play it...
