Yes, I believe that. Most of the time potential and how good they currently are line up, so it's not as obvious (especially with certain positions). Use Scott McVey as an example. I believe the sites would agree with the OSU staff and BP that Scott is one of the best high school LBs in the country. They knock is his size, which limits his potential as a college player. (FWIW I agree with OSU/BP that the rankings are missing the boat with McVey.)
