Not necessarily. Banks has supposedly been told by the staff that they will have a scholarship saved for him, so he feels free to take some official visits before deciding. The only other players I know of that have also been told this are McGee & Berry.

I don't know if any bananas are warming up, but I think Corey pushing the announcement date up like this the day after Justin commits is a telling sign.
