DeVeon "LLLL" Smith (traitor)

Green showed up at camp and beasted it while Smith didn't. Hard to wait on someone else when you see someone else tearing it up at your camp who has huge interest in your school. That and the fact you don't get players ever that are 215 and run sub-4.4s and I think the coaches offered the right guy. He's having a pretty great year as well.

We lose Dunn and can see them going after Smith. If not then I don't see the room as we will get Green.

This and the previous post notwithstanding. Yet they have offered Keyante Green out of GA, but not Smith?

Scout $ - ScoutTV: DeVeon Smith

By Bill Greene
Ohio recruiting analyst
Posted Nov 6, 2011

Warren Howland lost their first round playoff game last Friday to Kent Roosevelt, but junior tailback DeVeon Smith was tremendous in a losing effort. Smith ran for 242 yards and scored three touchdowns, but his team came up short 30-21. Here are a few clips of Smith in action against Roosevelt.

24/7 $ - Michigan is first to offer 2013 RB

12/8

By Wiltfong...grew up cheering for his brothers but was also a Michigan fan...talked to Coach Mattison...says his brothers are proud of his first offer.

Michigan is jumping early on a few of these Ohio kids. They've gotta be thinking that they have to in order to compete for them now. Also, a number of these kids, like DeVeon, probably won't see an offer from UFM cause he'll be targeting national kids - ala Green and Isaac.

A little surprised to see this offer so early when it appears we are clearly in the drivers seat for Green and in decent shape with Isaac (who could also play WR). Good player though, I like the offer.
