Lol I can see why you would think that. Actually, I made some trades and FA pickups to get my team where it is. Josh Gordon, CJ Anderson an Big Ben were FA pickups. My draft was so so. I took a chance on some rookies and a couple rb's I took early didn't pan out. Here is my draft results...
Early on when Lacy was struggling, I traded Mike Evans and Doug Martin for Lacy and Riley cooper. Cooper was just a throw in who got cut. I had no use for Martin and Evans hadn't blown up yet. Then I traded Lacy and Zac Stacy for marshawn lynch. Zac Stacy was expendable and I'd have rather had Lynch. Then during brandin cooks' bye, I traded cooks and knile Davis to the Charles owner for kelvin Benjamin. I traded Vernon for Jason witten straight up during a week when Davis was questionable at best just to have a better option. Then I traded witten, stafford and Hopkins for rivers, Boldin and Dwayne Allen. I traded Boldin and Crowell for Vincent Jackson and turned around and traded Jackson and jerrick mckinnon to the guy I traded Lacy to, to get Lacy back along with Hopkins. The other guys team is mainly drafted players though.
This league is non PPR so I tried to grab what I thought would be some solid RB plays early. There is also a limit on FA pickups one can make. Only 15 moves. Trades don't count.
