I'll absolutely be picking this game up for the third straight year. The improvements from '10-'11, and '11-'12 have me amped about how good this installment will be. Add international team management and I'm completely sold.

I'm getting it for the reasons stated. NCAA football, madden, and other ea games just aren't interesting to me any more. Last NCAA I bought was probably 08 because it seemed the past year titles were more fun to play in my opinion. FIFA seems to improve a lot from year to year, especially the past 3-4 years. I love the career mode. They have improved the transfer options (which looks great), the youth academy, and now have internationals added to it. I wish there were more leagues and stadiums, but I understand it probably has to due with licenses. It should be the best FIFA yet. This and AC3 should keep me busy this winter.

Downloaded the demo yesterday, first time it was available to users without a Gold membership. This game is it. Great gameplay, super smooth and refined. Everything looks really good, but like any new FIFA installment it will take a while to get the game down a bit more. The first touch is much more sensitive and makes you think about which direction you want or need to touch. Lots of space to run on, but it doesn't seem like you'll be out-sprinting everyone on the pitch. AI is better offensively for your squad and defensively as an opponent. And, crossing, it actually works! In '12 it was usable at times, but this year it seems like a much more viable attacking option. The control of crosses is much better.

They've also added mini-games during the load screens which I find entertaining and will actually refine your skills. Haven't had a chance to put much time into it yet, but I can already tell it's a great installment.

I hope there's fouls actually called. And I hope the CPU actually shoots the ball. Last year the dribbled and dribbled and dribbled, then shot it at like the 6yrd box. It drove me insane. I hope they're more ambitious

I guess the other FIFA 13 thread got lost! Lol, anyways can't wait for this years' game. Gameplay is in its best state in years, they made career mode deeper, and the additions to Ultimate Team. Have my copy preordered and ready for Tuesday morning!

Anybody having problems with the game freezing/crashing? Career mode has froze on me several times. Ultimate Team seems to be ok though.

Try installing onto Hard Drive if you can. I've frozen on Pro Clubs a couple of times, but I haven't installed mine onto the hard drive yet. It usually seems to help.

Anyone with the game chime in about these?
