How was Carr supposed to "invoke a challenge" Mr. I-Know-The-Rules?

Oh, and Sparky, I'd like to remind you - Michigan's having beat Penn State is what made Ohio State able to share the crown. See, OSU will still get a ring whether you think he was pushed or forced or anything else.

No, you idiot, you don't understand the rules. A receiver doesn't have to be physically "pushed" out, he only needs to be run out of the field of play by the coverage of the defender. Gonzo was arm-barred out of bounds on his cut, so he's free to return to the field of play. The referee had a clear view, even throwing his hat to the spot, and called the play correctly. Hell, Lloyd even took a timeout, meaning the Big 10 officiating crew had 3 minutes to review it in the booth during the commercial break and could have overturned it.
You suck at understanding football, are using a phantom no-call to explain being totally and thoroughly out-fuckin-played on the field, and are an arrogant ass. Obviously you have to be a U of M fan (either one).

Did everyone see The Whiner whipp'n up on the stoic ref. on sidelines, then when play began, Coach Whine immediately called off the intimidation act and laughed. What a weasel!

All I know is this was a great game and The Buckeyes can play anyone at any place and proved they deserve a BCS bowl game. Speaking of the stupid BCS why can we not get a playoff system, Because I think that The Buckeyes could beat anyone at this point in the year....

Gonzales. Out of bounds. Loyd carr loses his job for not seeing what 110 000 people saw and what the corner saw. Typical but necessary as Carr will lose his job and ohio will face another decade of Michigan dominance. Bask in the victory. Loyd is gone. And ohio will follow.
Methinks that NCAA rules are different from Sunday Rules and that a player shoved out of bounds by a defenseive player... which Gonzo was... is allowed to come back in bounds... which he did... so long as he doesn't use the out of bounds to gain an advantage... which he didn't.
Now I seem to recall a few years ago when Michigan was given a call against Illinois... a fifth down I believe... and went on to win the game. Then when they saw the film and realized that Illinois had been wronged, they appealed to the Big 10 to reverse t6he outcome of the game. NOT!
Michigan took that call and went with it just as we will take the Gonzo catch and go with it. Welcome to the new 90s. BTW it's Lloyd if you're from Michigan. It's IVLoyd if your're from Ohio.
