If so, then yes. The zebras appear to have given USCum another one (see UCLA and Cal games last year).

I am not sure what the rule is there... if the ball gets knocke dout of bounds I thought the clock stopped regardless of where it went out, I am really not sure though

Huh? Nice typo :)

Leinart dove for the endzone, got high/lowed and fumbled the ball directly out of bounds stopping the clock. Just like a punt, its where the ball goes out not where it ends up.
