Fawcett Center

Does anyone tailgate at the Fawcett Center? A group of us were thinking of tailgating there for the game this weekend. Are you able to park your cars overnight in that lot without any problem and if not what time does the lot open on Saturday morning? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cant see the game NOT being loud. Ive read on here that some of the Bucknuts will be getting down on old OSU campus around 7am. That means the drinking will have at least started by 12 and the game doesn't kickoff till 8! Only 4,000 tickets went to the Texas side, so that means around 101,000 amped up fans ready all day long for this game to begin. With the Woody memorial unveiling at halftime, this game will turn emotional quick for the OSU fans, players and coaches.

What Tressel had to say about the noise (per Bucknuts $):

“Well, we need it to be a huge factor,” he said. “We need it to truly make a difference. I don’t even care as much about their execution. They can get wild and crazy and lose focus. I just want them loud.”

ROY WILLIAM (DETROIT LIONS)
PRO: Williams’ size, speed and strength were an asset to the Lions during his rookie campaign after the team selected him with one of their first round selections, seventh overall, in the 2004 draft. A highly regarded prospect coming out of college at Texas, Williams set several Lions rookie records, including receptions (54), yards (817), and touchdowns (8) in his inaugural season. A winner of numerous accolades during his rookie season, including NFC Rookie of the Month for September, Williams also recorded multiple two-touchdown performances. In his second year as a professional, Williams brings valuable experience and playmaking ability to the deep Lions wide receiving corps.

blah blah blah blah blah
Did you copy and paste that all by yourself?

I think you should have said 6:30 AM instead of 12..........I've been watching the local Columbus news and they said that they are expecting parking to be an issue. They went on to say that they may have to shuttle some from the state fair for this one. Get there early....I think all of Ohio.....and half of Texas are coming. :wink2:

Man is 10:30 gonna be too late for parking. I got at the scUM game last year at like 11:00 and had no problem with parking.

How much can I expect to get for a seat in 16A 25th row?

So far no cigar on the Texas tickets, as 3 tickets in B1 were going for over 1k and that's ridiculous IMO. Supply and demand I guess.

But anyway, there are 2 sets of 4 tickets I'm looking at, one in 20A and the other in 16A. I'm only going in a group of three and am only purchasing 4 tickets because I didn't like any of the few 3 ticket auctions. As such, I'm going to have to sell one of the tickets to a scalper or to someone looking for a ticket on gameday. I plan on being in Columbus well in advance of game time. The 20A tickets are in Colorado, so I'm probably going to avoid them as it's almost too late for them to be sent, given the auction doesn't end for another day. So if I have an extra ticket in 16A, row 25, how much can I expect to get for it? Thanks in advance for any estimates.
