Gene Smith (AD The Ohio State, '10 AD of the Year, '13 NAAC Organizational Leadership Award)

“That doesn't mean that the scholarship model might not change,” Smith said. “I mean, this is the first year for us of the Alston distribution where every single student-athlete is getting over $5,900, which is about a $6 million hit to our budget. So they're already getting it. So do we do more down the road? Possibly. And that will be discussed, but not in the form of pay for play. Otherwise I'm out.”

Warren’s interview with Real Sports is set to air on HBO at 11 p.m. Tuesday.

OK, kind: Cooper brought national recruiting to Ohio State at a level greater than any previous coaches. He beat Notre Dame twice - soundly - evening the record and setting up future wins. He restored Ohio State recruiting in the greater Cincinnati area. He recruited the heart of the 2002 National Champs.

Tressell re-established the primacy of The Game and broke the notion that the Bucks just couldn't get past TTUN. He won a natty with a team that got zero respect prior to kickoff. He set the goal of competing for and winning a National Championship as a yearly expectation. He won bowl games.

Day has picked up where Urbs left off. He will win at least one Natty before his tenure is through. How's that?

At least learn how to spell correctly.

An idiot you look.

Let me slow down and make sure I spell this correctly….sanctimonious. Used in a sentence “people who feel morally superior to others to the point of giving unsolicited advice on how to behave are being sanctimonious."

or maybe consternation..."Knowing that a random internet guy doesn't like the way I feel about something fills me with a profound sense of consternation."

Hopefully spell check didn't fail me in there anywhere. Your approval means the world to me and I just don't know how I could go on in the real world without it.

Your constant negativity in nearly every thread you post, has grown tiresome and annoying.
