Grand Theft Auto Online - "Killer Nuts" Crew

I gotta say - I'm not really enjoying the online mode yet.

Other than the deathmatches (which can be fun, if you're loaded with guns) some of the missions don't pay that well and I'm not interested in racing.

I joined the BP crew under a made up "BigWoof" name but it doesn't synch with my gamer tag and I can't figure out how to delete it and then change and I pretty much try to stay as far away from other players as possible. What am I missing?

A group of guys to play with and actually do missions. Guys with headsets who will plan a mission kind of like a real criminal would....."You go to the airport and get in position. Wait for our signal, then ambush the team there and blow up their plane. Meet back at Martin's house."

Lately I'm with you, but I still get on when I can. I just know I only have like an hour or two to devote to playing, so I'm just hoping when I get online that it's not going to be the lame online experience where after an hour I think "what the fuck did I just waste my time doing?"

If all else fails, go steal a helicopter or plane, fly over the air force base, parachute into the open hanger on the left, steal the jet, then fly around downtown dropping missiles on people.

Also....gang wars are fun. If you're just driving around and you see a large red circle on the map, go somewhere in that circle and get ready to kill 25 guys. Look for crates with ammo and $$ in them around the area.

The other night I was racing for an air drop, but the guy got there 30 seconds before me. I was in a helicopter so I decided to follow him and try to cut his head off with the propeller. Against my better judgement I landed and got out of the chopper. I hear shooting but I'm not getting hit. I turn and see he's started a gang war at the old beat up airport. I figure what the hell......even though this guy has a bounty on his head, I like gang wars, lets team up. We kill the gang. I ran in the little hangar and got a couple ammo crates. I look out to the runway and saw a luxury jet that I wanted to cruise around in. I figured we just went though a gang battle.....I wouldn't kill my new buddy. After I hopped in the jet he took out a sticky bomb and threw it on the plane and blew me up.

I've had a lot of network issues (being kicked from a session) since the 1.06 update. I got kicked a couple of times last night, which is why I ultimately disappeared @LovelandBuckeye

Also, some dicks blew up my Entity, so I called Mors to put in the claim to pick it up. I went to pick it up and it isn't there, and calling them back doesn't give me an option to claim again. I hope it just appears back in my garage when I log on again. If not, I'm going to LSC glitch $1.2 million to make up for the lost difference.

I've had a terrible time managing my 2 cars that I actually bought. Finally randomly they both appeared in my garage.

Here is a quick rundown of what you missed _________________________

Actually, all I did was drive around and mess with people. I found a guy sitting in his car and missed by "inches". He and I text back and forth laughing about stuff. I warned him about nemesuis or however he spelled it. He laughed and stated that he tried but was very unsuccessful. HAHA. The guy I was chatting with was a level 140-something. You missed nothing after the firefight involving tanks, jets, helicopters, and us (the snipers). That was a blast and made COD look like a playground fight.

Anybody else try out the new Beach Bum free content? A little underwhelming, imo, but I haven't really tried out all the missions yet. I honestly don't know what missions were added. I didn't get any new ones from phone contacts, so I'm going to assume most of the missions are races, deathmatches, and other stuff from the Start menu as oppose to new Martin missions. I did confirm theres a new Survival at the boardwalk amusement park. It was a nice change of pace, imo, and it was nice trying to find new places to stake out waves of enemies (As a note: don't climb up on the roller coaster or Ferris Wheel to await bad guys, it's the same as jumping on the roof of the Boneyard Survival, you'll get kicked.)

As far as new stuff to buy, theres a bunch of clothes, 4 new vehicles (Jetmax boat, Dune Buggy which isn't bad, Hippy Van, and some Kia Seol looking vehicle) that are all free. I don't think theres any new properties, but I didn't check. I'm mostly interested to see what the other missions are, but I have a feeling they're not phone contacts. After about 30 minutes of looking at the new content we regressed to what we always do when we login now: I start setting $10k bounties and we stake out on the roof of the Pay n Spray in northern Los Santos to see if anyone comes to claim the bounty.

I love the BF Bifta. It is in my top three of favorite cars (with the Entity and Sultan RS). The Bifta has a lot of mods for a little dune buggy, has pretty decent speed, and handles extremely well on the roads, especially when flying around turns. I designed mine to look like a little Buckeye helmet.

I haven't seen any new missions either, but I haven't been looking. There are a couple new free hairstyles and free tattoos (heh), as well.

Yeah, I didn't have room in my garage, but I watched my buddy run around town in the buggy and he really liked it. It's kind of funny you mentioned the Entity and the Sultan as those are both in his garage too.

Still waiting on Heists I guess, thats when multiplayer will be really great, imo. The phone missions have been the most fun for us. Organizing job responsibilities, getting setup, executing, we're basically set as far as Heists go. Other than that, I'll probably still get together with my buddies to play GTA Online on Monday nights, but not much reason to fire it up during the week for me. I've got everything I want to buy at this point.
