How do you like your pizza?

Amen to that!

But the best pizza restaurant I have ever been to would have to be Giordano's in Chicago

Good choice. Not my #1 favorite here in town, but it's up there.

My favorite pizza right now is from Two Boots (Louisiana and Italy) two blocks away from me. Delicious.

Their pizza has a cornmeal (but salt-sized) dusting on the bottom and subtle Cajun sauce.

Otherwise, as long as it has pepperoni or sausage I am good, with onions and peppers optional.

Mushrooms only if I make it at home. Gotta throw on goat cheese for home ones too.

Oh, and I like sausage that looks and taste like it's sausage, not those tasteless pellet/crumble things.

Pear and gorgonzola
Goat cheese and roasted red pepper
Thai chicken
White
Margherita

Oh man; yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.

Goat cheese and caramelized onions is good too, with or without some chicken. Or goat cheese and shrooms. Goat cheese makes everything better.

Chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and chicken is good for a 'plain' pizza.

If we're talking pedestrian, I like the mariachi line from Donatos, a few different types of Hawaiian, etc.

As someone said, even bad pizza is good!

Any combo, any crust, any sauce.

I've had everything mentioned on this thread *except* vrbryant's Pear.

Pear?

Wow! is it similar to anything else, flavor-wise, on any other pizza?

Back when the Teenage Mutant Turtles were all the craze, I had a pepperoni / pineapple / marshmallow pizza. Too sweet. A weird combination of grease and sugar.

I didn't find out until later that marshmallows were grown in marshmellon fields.
