Ideas for increasing contribution participation

Ok, I have always wanted a Buckeye tree. I have had difficulty finding one here in Indy or even back in Ohio. It used to be you could mass order seedlings from different places for pine trees, this is how we planted our yard. I wonder if this would be the case with Buckeye Trees. We could have a Plan'e't your Buckeye Grove campaign. Very green as well :dance:

My .02 on this from a business guys point of view;

All the ideas so far are good but they are one time revenue (tshirts, hats, pot, buckeye trees etc)

What you want is recurring revenue (i.e monthly subscription)

So ask the question what content can you provide that would be worth $x.xx a month to YY number of people?

It's the "freemium" model but unless someone has invented something better its the best way to approach the need for revenue.

Here is another one;

Pay to play fantasy sport league.

Several out there right now basic premise is you ante up money to play, winner(s) keep most of the self funded prize money. BP keeps a cut for admin costs.

Its the online fantasy sports version of running your own poker game.

pretty sure its even legal.

I am playing fantasy football for the first time this year, and only because my buddies needed another guy.

I'd sell some plasma to play in a CFB BP FF league if it brought in enough money for BP to make it worthwhile.

This is a great idea. We have about 6-7 leagues iirc

I think you'd have more if we got it set up where you could do it weekly(or even daily).

I dont play fantasy sports anymore because I cant stay on top of it for a whole season but shorten the time frame, add the concept of money and I'm in.
