the 1942 was an amazing team, lots of buckeye and american heroes. the majority of the team went off to fight in the big war. toss in paul brown as the coach and hh "tippy" dye as an assistant and its a really cool, if not the most interesting team ever, imo.

I bought a 22 jersey yesterday. Only 2 and 22 available, but I was set on getting a 22 one anyway.

I really like how it looks. It is pretty much dead on the 1942 jerseys, and I love that. The main (pretty much only) reason I didn't like last years alts were because they looked nothing like what they claimed to be. This years are different. And, it has more gray than our current home jerseys :wink:

NOT TRUE!!! My cousin works for Nike and they made limited edition authentic style jerseys. I had him send me one because the employees got first dibs on them.

The ones on ebay are like the ones I have, they are not fakes! If you can get your hands on them I would.

Really? The ones are eBay aren't just people printing off the jerseys themselves? Where did your cousin say you could get the authentic style ones, or are they available to the general public?

No! He told me they arent being sold to the public just to people inside of Nike are getting them. That is why some of them on ebay are going to be pretty pricey. I took a look at some of the authentic styles on ebay and they are exactly what I have.
