The scarlet jerseys don't look bad, but I'll bet the white's are gonna look sweet.

Football: The OSU football team showed off their new uniforms at the annual "photo day". Normally the event would be held in Ohio Stadium, but due to the rain, most of the day was spent in the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Before the event was over, the sky had cleared and everyone moved to Ohio Stadium for the team shot.
Check back with the-Ozone later tonight for many photos from the event and a report on the progress of fall practice.

Trust me, it's Rose.
I debated and eventually decided not to post on the subject in the spring, but to wait until I'd seen them on the players. And, unfortunately, all I did was waste 4 months. I'm not saying that they're bad, but I do see this as a noticeable downgrade from last year. We went from having a truely unique, traditional look to now just a decent look, imo. The old striping pattern was better, and the color on these new jerseys is more dull. That may have been unavoidable because of the material change, but it still doesn't look as good. Oh well.

I don't know if it's the pose or camera angle or what (on rose), but it makes it look as if the stripe is semi slanted, close to USC..

they look better in pads then held up at a presser, that's for sure. I can get used to these... one wonders why they would radically change the jersey, and not make the pant stripes match. But nike hasn't driven me to the ledge with these, and for that I suppose I should be thankful. :p

That was a joke...

The good thing about you not liking the jerseys is that you don't have to buy one.......and you can wear an older style jersey. I won't get mad, and I'm sure that most others will not either.

Your right I can and probably will continue to wear my old jerseys, however, I'll also bet that I'm not alone.

Eh, not impressed. Penn State now clearly has the best uniforms in the league.
