That would a stupid move on his part. You are GA you have no leverage. Day already gave his timeline. And according to everyone it's understood where he stands.

If he wants the Browns job go for it. But as leverage play it's a bad idea

Barton seems to intimate it may be Kodi Whitfield from UCLA as the 10th coach. If true, I understand the desire to hire for diversity purposes to balance the staff out, the issue I have is, Whitfield is a DB coach. And a very young coach as well.

Why not get a LB/DL coach who is from the NFL?
