Ok as many of you are aware I am new to this but am trying to learn and get involved in the discussions here. I dont know how much I can have with putting input on the sports stuff. Mark always was the one to show me what everything meant with football. All I know is when the Buckeyes score I was up screaming and jumping with him. The other stuff about stats and all that well lets just say if I try I will sound not so intelligent lol. I left all that up to him to work out and try to explain to me but it was like trying to learn a new language. So if you guys can help me as I make my way around the site. I need to learn how to really post funny stuff to make you guys laugh :biggrin:

You can try doing what I do, SABW, if you want. I don't know stats and much about sports either, I just live with a total sports nut. :)

I just stay out of the sports threads for the most part. I don't know enough about it to sound intelligent so I just don't talk. I will check out the game thread on game day of course. :wink2:

Open Discussion(work safe) and it's sub-forums are the areas I tend to stick around in with a little dabbling in the sports betting forums. You don't have to know sports to be here, you don't even have to be a Buckeye fan as long as you don't bash the Buckeyes, so there are lots of things to do here besides talk sports. Funny stuff is always welcome.

We already talked a bit about Day Game settings and iSpy I think.

Yes I already set it to how you said. I need to learn how to do video attachments and stuff. I will experiment on it a bit. If you guys see wierd looking threads yup it might be me going coo-coo:2004:

LoL its all good, I know I am accepted here. I do not get easily offended. I appreciate the welcome from everyone. I am glad I can be a part of this site as my husband was.

these are my suggestions.

when in doubt blame it on a noob. a noob is anyone newer than you are.

when in doubt talk hockey. no one actually understands hockey, it confuses people and makes them feel stupid, then they know they are wrong

the most important thing you will ever learn on this site is no matter the "experts" tell you their is only major key to the game, i will provide this key for each ohio state game. some will never figure out why a team wins/losses the game. i will enlighten you.

what are your feelings on no touch icing? before i decide if i like you...

The infamous threads are hilarious. I learned a lot about some of the inside jokes and certain members.
