Was humming along just fine most of the day, but got quite slow sometime within the last 30 minutes or so. 5-20 second load times.

Yes... and I was doing the same task in the Admin Panel as last time. It has never been an issue before and so didn't raise a red flag, but my guess now is we have a new database error. No more of that until the issue is resolved.

Anyone else been experience intermittent "hanging" page loads the last few days?

I have run all of my malware programs and anti-virus but am still experiencing these sporadic issues.

I haven't seen it, Thump, but that doesn't mean it's not happening. I checked our network data and all seems to have been golden as of late, but it's entirely possible that HE.net (or colocation facility) may have had some switch issues or some other technical stuff I don't understand, OR that some jump between you and the site has been wonky as of late.

Next time it happens, open up a command prompt (Start > Run > type "cmd") and then type "tracert www.buckeyeplanet.com" -- sometimes that can tell you whether it's you, us, or something between us.

I think it has something to do with the browser, the ads and the flash player update from a couple days ago. I'm getting the same thing but I'm not just getting it at BP.

I have us regularly loading very quickly in Chrome and Firefox. Internet Explorer is a bit slower/chunkier, but that's not shocking for MSIE.

I've checked everything I can think to check. We have no apparent code or network issues. Our connection is healthy and moving traffic normally, we scan clean from anything unfortunate. The logs show no issues, the server isn't over-taxed.

Again, doesn't mean there isn't a problem, but I can't seem to track it down. Maybe Deety will have more ideas.

I have had occassional longer lag loads, but my connection in general has been lousy, so no real data there. I do get a security certificate mismatch on my Kindle Fire now, which I cancel and it zooms. Maybe PCs are hanging on it? IM me tomorrow if you want help storming your brain (because let's face it, that is usually where we get the good ideas).
