Mark May (Blew 5 guys at Pitt)

Mark May Should be Fired

:oh::io:

Mark May is a biased punk. He should learn to be objective in his broadcasting or Lou Holtz should break his nose. (Holtz was an assistant coach at OSU in 1968 when the Buckeyes won a national championship)

Mark May is a BUM and should be run out of broadcasting!!!!

Does anyone know of a sports site that hosts a live chat?

Thanks

yesterday he had some gems on college football live. i wish i hadn't deleted it from my dvr. he predicted a sec sweep over the big10 in the three bowl games, and said the sec has proven it has much faster players than the big 10. (thats a paraphrase)

it would be interesting to see how many of his predictions are accurate...he's so full of himself

someone should do an audit of all the things he's said over the past few years like Barron's magazine did to Jim Cramer's stock picks from CNBC. that'd be worth the price of admission!

To start the list:

in 07:

scUM over OSU wrong
LSU over Arkansas wrong
WV over Pitt wrong
Fresno over Hawaii wrong
Boise over Hawaii wrong
USF over Rutgers wrong

before 07:

Trev ALberts said we'd lose 44-3 to the mighty Hurricanes, and Mark May said, "it would be worse than that."

He and Trev A both picked OSU to lose on 6 separate Thursday Night shows in 2002 IIRC.

Those that kept a running tally of our losses might want to chime in here, but I'm pretty sure we lost fewer than 6 games in 2002.

I think you're being a little bit unfair on those two picks. Especially the West Virginia - Pitt game. Did ANYONE get that one right? And I'm not talking about BB73's upset pick-em game, because I, like a lot of people, just picked Pitt because I needed a lot of points.

I don't know, I kinda saw LSU/Arkansas coming simply because LSU has struggled with strong running games all year long (even when healthy) and Darren McFadden is THAT good.....

WVU/Pitt was completely out of left field however.
