Thanks to a coworker backing out of a shift trade so that I would have Saturday off for the game, I'm stuck working at 5pm, so I'll be lucky to even catch the kickoff and first quarter. :[censored]ed: :smash:
Ffftt! Child's play. Skip football from 3:30EST until sunday morning. Record OSU-Miami and PSU-Bama, watch on sunday. I have something I have to go to on saturday and I don't have a tv. I'll have to shut off the outside world and wait for the tape of both games to come in the mail. Then have the tape converted to dvd so I can watch them on my computer. The earliest I'll get to see the game is thursday night.

Edit: Ah- you probably meant you're attending the game and will have to leave early.. never mind, that sucks.

I didn't think it would come to this... but after wasting 3 hours of my life reading cane4life posts.... I will be yelling "There's some hos in this house!!!!!" while Cryami runs out. What an IDIOT!! Way to represent DA U... we have been way off base in our assumptions. Cam gets 2 sacks and the second one might put Harris on the sideline for the day. There is some NFL talent for you.

OSU is 5-3 in BCS games...IMO thats damn good. In 2008 we lost to Texas with 16 seconds on the clock. The bashing comes from our championship game debacles.

With that being said what is the B10's record in BCS when not playing USC? I best we are around 70%...I mean the SEC gets to play Hawaii and Cincy in their BCS games...

Some good Buckeyes talk here, from Miami radio show

Nice audio... I especially found it funny that they said we schedule several softer teams throughout the season, so second and third strings get playing time in the years leading up to when they are starters... Love it! Also, how Miami is going to be more athletic than Iowa or Wiscy is beyond me......

While I agree that our BCS record is quite good, our recent OoC games have been lackluster when going up against a big opponent, and coupled with the BCS record hasn't helped:

2005, Texas - Lost, BCS - Won
2006, Texas - Won, BCS - Lost
2007, No big OOC, BCS - Lost
2008, USC - Lost, BCS - Lost
2009 - USC - Lost, BCS - Won

So, for the last 5 seasons we have went 6-3 when going up against a big opponent outside of our conference.

That 2002 game was a great coupe to hang our hats on, but its quickly getting further and further away.

Beating Miami, IMO, will help us and our reputation in a BIG way. We split Texaws and went ofer with USC.
