Mount Union (OH) Purple Raiders (13-time D-III National Champions)

A couple of you should not post and watched the game at the same time:wink:

I thought the turning point of the game was when Kehres decided to take the wind at the beginning of the second half and then they thoroughly dominated St. Thomas going against the wind.

It was sort of funny to hear those announcers keep talking about that RB from St. Thomas but they certainly switched gears in the second half to the RB from Mount Union.

I wonder who they will get to play QB next season. Perhaps, the starting RG from last night's game:biggrin2:

It's semifinal time, and that loss to John Carroll isn't looking bad at all now. JC knocked off MU nemesis Wisconsin-Whitewater 31-14 last week in the quarters - WW was undefeated and ranked #1. This week Carroll takes on Wisconsin-Oskosh, who gave JC their only loss in the season opener. Oshkosh has one loss - to Whitewater (of course). As for Mount it's a road trip to 13-0 Mary Hardin Baylor. They've met in the playoffs before and it usually doesn't end well for the boys from Texas.

With any luck we'll get an all-Ohio national championship with a rematch between John Carroll and Mount Union.
