NBA Discussion (Official Thread)

Williams from A&M would probably be a better fit for Boston than KBD, given the make up of their roster - Aron Baynes got more minutes than Aron Baynes should get. But the homer in me wants KBD. Just make it be one of those guys, please.

EDIT: Williams is the pick. Let him be Deandre Jordan 2.0.

Love what Atlanta did last night

Drafting the North Royalton boy in Spellman gets them an A.

But their new gm and coach both from GSW - all 3 players (Young, Huerter, Spellman) all 3 point shooters. They are going to suck next year, but they'll be fun sucky.

Yeah but seeing guys who were spotted for the Lakers after Lebron signed go else where especially the the west is kinda funny to be completely honest

Oh its hilarious. A 4 time all star who averaged 25/12 last year signing on a MLE to a team that was already likely going to storm to another title is just hilariously absurd though.

I think the media (and we as fans) took this whole "only winning matters" thing too far. We laugh but isn't this the narrative/hope that every one wants? "They should just take less and win!" Now look what we have.

Perhaps needed to clarify how they should win. I mean, a quote like this feels dirty now. It's the right answer, yet so wrong/laughable.
