I have my TB team all created online. I set the roster to Buffalo and then randomized the names. is that all I have to do for now?

Yup. I'm going to make up the names. I'm basically going to play as UL-Laf but with different colors, stadium, location, etc.

Rosters and recruiting pitches have to match exactly to the team that was taken over. All of the other stuff can be altered. I'm playing in Ford Field, but I'm located in NY state for now. I'll probably move to a state that makes geographical sense with my conference, but that's not required.

I have a concern/question.

The only reason I would use TB is to even out recruiting. Right now if you use TB you can pick your home state. Which could eliminate the user/user recruiing battles (an advantage).

If I stay in Ohio, I have to fight with BG, Ohio (not not to mention OSU).

Where someone like UNLV can team build as Texas/Cal and be by themselves. I have no clue if this is the case, just an example.

My problem, is I have no idea where you guys are placing your TB locations at...........I think this needs to be known to the league so we can decisions. Only fair in my opinion.

I would suggest that the team builder teams should announce their location when they select their conference. Because honestly, that might influence where you select your location.

Just a thought.

Also... are the TB teams changing their recruiting aspects? I believe that really shouldn't happen, and if they do, as a trade thing. For example, if Academics is a B+ and your Fan Base is a D+, it should be a swap, ie Fan Base is a B+ and then academics is D+. Just so you overall recruiting doesn't get improved because you are a TB team versus a default team. Also... certain aspects should be left untouched because they can approve over the time of the dynasty, like Championship Contention, TV Exposure, Pro Factory, & Stability.

As far as I can tell, the rule was that TB teams are the same as their original counterparts. No changes/improvements to anything. Only aesthetic changes like uni's etc...
