The Arizona Cardinals are extremely good on Offense right now. Adding Ertz to an already great receiving corps is unreal. If they still had a back like Johnson it would be unfair. If only Beanie had this around him while he was in AZ, his career would have been that much better though injuries probably still derail him.

There have been so many teams over the last 49 years that people have said had a shot at the '72 Dolphins and one by one they all fell. Arizona will be no different.

NFL's Rooney Rule increases minority interview requirements to two
The NFL has instituted some policy changes to the Rooney Rule designed to further enhance diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring practices.
The rule has been expanded to require teams to interview at least two external minority candidates for general manager/executive of football operations positions and all coordinator roles. Beforehand, the requirement was to interview one minority candidate from outside a team for openings in those positions.
Openings for head coaches already fell under such requirements.

Kyler Murray was just off the whole game and losing Hopkins did not help. You knew they'd miss Watt but damn, the Packers just running it down their throats. I didnt expect that.
