Dallas only has about $8M in cap space after restructuring Frederick and likely won't even hit $15M after the cuts are over unless they designate some guys post-June 1. There's no way they're getting Suh and I have no idea how there was even allegedly an offer on the table for Sammy Watkins. The only significant outside move I can realistically see them making this year is trading for Earl Thomas.

The Cowboys could increase their available cap space by negotiating a new contract with Zack Martin. Unfortunately, I agree that getting Suh is unlikely.
