NoSuch Dame LB Manti "Snugglebunny" Te'o (official imaginary thread)

Look at the sick, perverted institution spinning and outright lying to protect one of their own. Seriously? What about the all night phone calls? When his "inspirational story" was being trumpeted in every major national news outlet all Fall, why the silence?

You can spin you sick [censored]ing excuse for an institution but you can not hide from the mother [censored]ing truth.

As if one didn't need another graphic example of the differnce between Michigan and Notre Dame. One is a rival university; the other is one of the most arrogant, corrupt and twisted institutions in America. F!CK NOTRE DAME.

It is not just that, but Manti claimed he met her after their game with Stanford. Yet Deadspin has proven the pic on her twitter was of someone who has never met Manti. As stated, he either knew he was duped a long time ago and ran with it or was in on it. I am going with the latter.

Either way Manti is a huge liar and now ND is trying to make him look like a victim.

Like I stated, he was initially duped and maybe talked her up to his friends before it got out of hand. Then in order to not look like a complete idiot he just continued to run with the lie, built it up even bigger, and eventually killed her off in order to end it. Trust me, I think he and his family were in on it, but that is the only other scenario (albeit unlikely) that I can come up with.

Think about it, man. With all this new shit that's come to light. You've got an imaginary dying girlfriend (in the parlance of our time) made up by a conservative Mormon at a conservative Catholic institution.

She was his beard, man. He's fucking in the closet.

teo's statement:

"This is incredibly embarrassing to talk about, but over an extended period of time, I developed an emotional relationship with a woman I met online. We maintained what I thought to be an authentic relationship by communicating frequently online and on the phone, and I grew to care deeply about her.

"To realize that I was the victim of what was apparently someone's sick joke and constant lies was, and is, painful and humiliating.
"It further pains me that the grief I felt and the sympathies expressed to me at the time of my grandmother's death in September were in any way deepened by what I believed to be another significant loss in my life.

"I am enormously grateful for the support of my family, friends and Notre Dame fans throughout this year. To think that I shared with them my happiness about my relationship and details that I thought to be true about her just makes me sick. I hope that people can understand how trying and confusing this whole experience has been.

"In retrospect, I obviously should have been much more cautious. If anything good comes of this, I hope it is that others will be far more guarded when they engage with people online than I was.

"Fortunately, I have many wonderful things in my life, and I'm looking forward to putting this painful experience behind me as I focus on preparing for the NFL Draft."

Just in case any ND fan believes their spin...

http://articles.southbendtribune.com/2012-10-12/sports/34419536_1_brian-and-ottilia-manti-te-o-irish-head-coach

or the first time this season and seventh time in Te'o's career, his parents, Brian and Ottilia, will be in the stands for the game -- along with the youngest of his five siblings, 6-year-old brother Manasseh.

"They're watching you and they're watching someone who they've given everything they have to live his dream," Te'o said earlier this week. "My dream is to help them in their dream, too. So, it's always exciting. It's going to be a special occasion to see them in the stands."

And Manti Te'o is convinced the beautiful stranger will be watching too Saturday, somehow.

Lennay Kekua was a Stanford student and Cardinal football fan when the two exchanged glances, handshakes and phone numbers that fateful weekend three seasons ago.

She was gifted in music, multi-lingual, had dreams grounded in reality and the talent to catch up to them.

The plan was for Kekua to spend extensive time with the whole Te'o family when upwards of 40 of them came to South Bend in mid-November for ND's Senior Day date with Wake Forest.

"They started out as just friends," Brian Te'o said. "Every once in a while, she would travel to Hawaii, and that happened to be the time Manti was home, so he would meet with her there. But within the last year, they became a couple.

"And we came to the realization that she could be our daughter-in-law. Sadly, it won't happen now."

In other words, the whole Teo family was in on it. Couldn't have been a fake girl as I stated because the pic on her twitter was not real and Manti would have known full well it was a fake girl (I am sure his family saw her twitter too).
