False. It's Seven Nation Army (which is what we use for kickoffs) and they took it from us. Their song was Zombie nation...

OSU hasn't been using it for kickoffs that long....I seem to remember PSU doing that one as long ago as 2005. I onlt remember OSU picking it up in the last 2-3 years....

EDIT - Yeah, I was thinking of Zombie Nation. I hate them both, so whatever.

Fuck Penn State

What a great, great game, I am so proud of everyone. Tressel managed the game perfectly. The defense was ridiculous, they refused to lose, they fought them back for every inch. Heyward and Gibson... terrify me.

Bring it on, Hawkeyes. We welcome you to the Shoe.

Might be the best game I've seen Pryor play. Great in the pocket, no terrible decisions, ran at the right times and ran with authority. If he plays with this much composure every game, watch out.

TP with a shoutout to the fans. Very Tressel-esque interview there for TP.
Someone who looks at the stats will disagree, but everyone who watched the game will know it's true. He didn't make mistakes, and he made all the big plays that we needed him to make. He stepped up right when he had to. This was a huge step forward for him.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

That was awesome!

I'm calling this an honorary shutout. That supposed Penn State TD was bullcrap. What a performance by this defense.

That was Pryor's best performance as a game manager, and so far his best game as a Buckeye. No mistakes - very impressive!

And how about the O-line? I don't recall any sacks, and they led the way for a rushing performance that damn near tripled PSU's season average. Kirk Herbstriet can chew on that this week and think a little harder about how he talks about his alma mater on national TV.

Cameron Heyward just made himself a lot of money tonight. He's a best.

The entire front seven was so dominant... I think that's the first game I've seen that Kurt Coleman's played in where I don't remember hearing his name. He's always around the ball, but I think tonight linebackers - Rolle, Homan & Spitler cleaned things up before Coleman could even get involved.

All in all, a banner day! Skunkbears lose, Domers lose, Nits lose, Hawkeyes lose, and BUCKEYES WIN! :osu:

Excellent job!! If Pryor can just keep improving and limiting mistakes he will turn into the qb he wants to be. Nothing flashy, he played it smart and took what the defense gave him.

I hate a loss but I really think the Purdue game was the beginning of what we are seeing now. That game was his worst to date but I think he learned alot from that loss.

If the team can just keep growing from this game and not let down I can easily see the Bucks winning out.

Amen! People can take the stats and stick 'em up their ass. Great game tonight in ALL PHASES. First time we've been able to say that all year I think.

yep, Brutus, that's what I had hoped... purdue was a low point and we are on the "bounce" now. It will lead right into next year...

Iowa, if our head doesn't get too big, should be doable next week without Stanzi. and scUM, it scares me because they can score points when you don't expect it. so Yeah, we should win out now.

And no we won't be in the NC game (although it wouldn't shock me) but a good Rose Bowl opponent and a victory there on national TV, how great for the program.

very very very cool tonight!!
