Game Thread Ohio State @ Nebraska, 10/14/17 @ 7:30 ET (FS1)

Little know fact: last season Ohio State won 62-3. Those 62 points Ohio State scored constitute the fewest number of points an Urban Meyer coached Ohio State team has put up against Nebraska.

since the conference expanded beyond 11 teams, ohio state has played nebraska (3), maryland (4), and rutgers (4) a total of 11 times. the total combined score is 596-168 for an average score of 54-15. the only loss (neb '11) was the only time osu scored fewer than 49 points.
Yep, and they only reason why we lost to Nebby in '11 was because Braxton got hurt in the third quarter after we had already rung up 27 points.

Any recommendations on a game watch location in the Ft. Walton Beach area? My wife and I will be there next Saturday night and would hate to have to just listen over the internet.
If it was me, I'd go to Props. It could that I'm addicted to their buffalo mac n cheese. Service has always been good and they will have a beer you have never tasted before.

If you want bigger TV's and more of a sports bar theme, Miller's Ale House in Destin is good.

Looking at the last 4 years of recruiting rankings from 247, Nebraska has done better than IU, Rutgers, and Maryland every year save for being 1 spot behind Maryland in 2017 class.

Not overly scientific or predictive, however, it is worth noting in the sense that this will likely be the 2nd most talented team OSU has faced so far and it is a conference game. On the road. At Night.

I'll be interested to see how they look although like I said in the defense thread, from what little I have seen of Nebraska this year OSU seems like a bad match up for them.
