I actually think that this team could beat Penn State and TSUN and still be ranked no higher than #6. Not sure what it is, but even when they are doing very well, they don't really look like it.
I have to echo Mili's comment. I don't remember ever seeing an Ohio State team play so poorly on special teams.
Meyer is about to tell them that there was just no excuse for the sloppiness today--that Nebraska might just be more of a test than they expect--but I wonder if that really motivates them to play to their potential.
This was an impressive win on the stats page, but it easily could have been 83-14. I really hope that they get out of Nebraska next week with a good win and no injuries and then take two weeks to get ready for Penn State, as Penn State did for the Buckeyes last year.
I want to see them destroy Penn State and I want Barkley to have two halves like his first half today.
