As I understand it, the networks have a draft to pick which weeks they want the first pick; Fox paid for the first weekly selection and they've previously said they always pick the last week (so they can select OSU-Michigan).

Interestingly, that would mean ESPN has the choice of if they want Wisconsin at OSU, or Notre Dame at Michigan. I'm also not sure if there are other restrictions on night games that might limit the time slot (I remember reading that Michigan only agreed to host a handful of night games since they installed lights).

Well the Michigan v ND game is officially on ABC/ESPN family, just no time determined yet. Does that mean FOX gets Buckeyes vs Wisconsin? If this game is at noon, that’d be a shame.

Noon games should be reserved for playing the Indianas of the world. This needs to be a 3:30 game... some lights by the end, make it a more fun game for recruiting. You can bet Wisconsin is happy with this time slot.

I'm glad when we play @Penn State when it's not a night game (which won't ever happen again, btw) because they need that shit to win. We don't.
