Awesome win for VT. Considering how incredibly young this team is, along with the team being in a "rebuilding" year, this is a great accomplishment. With the exception of the first 2 minutes of the game, VT's defense played lights out and stepped up big time.

Yeah, yeah, I know that Cincy is significantly weaker than mostly all of the other BCS teams, but they are still a good team and it is a big win.

I'm a freshman student at Virginia Tech, so obviously i'm a lot more excited about the game than what im guessing is the overwhelming majority of the board .



Also, Gilyard is a damn good WR. That guy impressed me big time.

Probably, but there are quite a few of us who were pretty turned off by UC's fans and athletic department when they decided to spew their "Ohio's BCS team" bullshit. They turned me from someone who rooted for them to someone who wanted to see them get annihilated.
