Good luck, I heard it takes about 20-30 days for ALL the soreness to be gone. I've never done it but I know people that have/are finishing it.

I'm starting back up my 300 workout here beginning of December. I did it last winter and dropped me 20lbs in 2 months. Did the workout for 3 months straight and ended up losing 12 LBs but put on some good muscle.

What is your 300 workout? Care to share? I am always looking for new ideas.

In regards to P90x. I know a couple people who have done/tried the routine. One guy quit, but he is a pussy. The second dude did it the whole way through. I have not seen him since completion but I do know that he said he is in the best shape of his life. He played college ball. Also said he has never been as quick.

10 exercises 30 reps each

1. Elevated Push ups (I put my feet up on a chair thats about 2 feet off the ground)
2. Swinging Dumbbell Squat
3. Jump Squat with Dumbbell
4. Bench Dips
5. Dumbbell Shoulder Press
6. Seated Band Row
7. Box Jump (I usually do more than 10, more like 25)
8. Scissors
9. Russian Twists
10. Elevated Push ups

All you need for this is a stretch band and dumbbells. In between each exercise take about 30 second break, then go to the next exercise, thus making it a cardio workout as well. All in all it takes about 25-30 minutes to do.

Any one else ever do P90x? Did you get through the whole 90 days?

After speaking with a couple of individuals who have done it - both commented that the program is most effective when it is coupled with the suggested diet that comes in the package.

It's eating 5 times a day with the recommended food groups at the recommended times in the recommended amounts. Heavily focused on lean protein with carbohydrates in the form of plain oatmeal or brown rice.

Please keep us updated of your progress. I've heard its a monster of a workout but the results are tremendous.

The diet is just as important as the workout.

Come on, guys...

You do HIIT for 60 minutes a day for 90 days and you're going to get ripped as fuck.

Don't need no $100 video to do that.

The problem isn't the routine, the problem is that most people (myself included) cannot do intense workouts 60 minutes a day for 90 days. You just won't want to.

Back in college I used to, and yes I was ripped. I did follow exercise books that were out at the time. Now, no effing way. My body just doesn't recover like it used to, and I get injured way to easy. I just got over an intercostal tear (that really sucks for anyone that has had it), before that a sprained ankle, before that a pinched nerve in my neck, it goes on and on. I am just falling apart.
