Penn State 48, Wisconsin 7 (Final)

Clark looks like Troy Smith, period. Similar delivery, looks like he has pocket awareness, strong arm, good mobility despite not being a blazer. How old is this guy? :p

(He's not Heisman Troy yet, just want to make that clear)
No doubt they're good, but let's not oversell it.
I'm not overselling anything. They are very, very scary. And, I'm really worried about playing against them. Great RB. Great Special Teams Return Man. Great RB. Always Great Defense. All Capitalized. The game on October 25th is going to be a dandy, to say the least.

And, 38-7 at Camp Randall halfway through the 3rd quarter is a huge statement.

So we have 2 weeks to develop an offense and learn how to stop a mobile QB.

Actually, we have one week to develop an offense and figure out how to slow down Javon Ringer. :wink2:

Clark is playing extremely well, and the Lions defense is tough, too.

Those of you still worrying about polls and NCs need to worry about Sparty and PSU, because we're not a lock to even win our conference at this point.

38-7 in the third quarter at Madison sells itself.

It's amazing how much improved their skill players got. Yeah, Morelli sucked donkey balls, and it's amazing how well Clark has been so far. But, Williams, Royster, Norwood... what did they do last year? Not a whole lot. These guys really stepped it up.

I love playing gread teams. Looks like we will be playing a great one in The Shoe on the 25th. We already knew that though. They are just firing on all cylenders. Hope we can win next week to make this game a Top 10 showdown. History and my gut tell me we are going to beat Penn State, but they sure are playing better than we have this year.

[txp135]Well... it's certainly not because they've pulled Joe off the sideline. The only reason he's got a drink in his hand up in the press box right now is to help him manage the pain of his injury. At least Royster didn't punch a cop of cheat on exams, or take money from a local car dealer.[/txp135]

They can't possibly continue to play at this intensity level every half of every game. They're bound to have a down week.
