Don't y'all lead in number of GameDay appearances? :osu:

Impressive if my memory serves

Were you just trying to brag? Florida has us beat by quite a few. (Unless you're talking about hosting it which then yes we have one more than Florida, PSU, Texas, and USC)

Talk about stupid, cut your visibility to the region and the nation by 1/3. You sure don't see the SEC, Big 12 or Pac 10 pulling this kind of nonsense.
Totally agree. This is why the SEC signs bigger television contracts with the networks (CBS & ESPN) and the Big Ten stays stuck in their leather helmet, nostalgic traditions to the detriment of the conference. I'm sure this affects recruiting to some extent as well, certainly when a young star is faced with whether anyone can easily and readily watch him play or not.

Thank gawd old man Paterno got #400 against NW so we don't have to listen to the continuous ESPN hype of him possibly getting it against the Buckeyes.

Well, gosh, Cinci. You DO have a point. Why not sit down and write the BigTen commish a pointed letter and just set them all straight? Could help us all out, if you can spare the time.

PS - I am not a crank!

McGloin has looked so solid , you just wonder why it took so long for the State Penn staff or JoPa to pull the trigger? Still, he doesn't block or defend the pass so it will come down to their defense to keep it close. And their history of playing in Cbus isn't good. It should make for a more intriguing game. I'm sure by the end of the first quarter we'll all be sick of hearing about JoPa's 400th win. Ugh!
