1. Who leads the NHL in faceoff victories? The Captain, Sidney Crosby. 73 wins, 39 losses. 65.2% success rate in the circle.

2. Boy, does Jordan Staal look great with Evgeni Malkin as his winger or what? Malkin doesn't even have to look to know where Jordan is going to be. I knew that they had played together in 06-07, but their level of chemistry is, for whatever reason, incredible.

3. The steadiness of Kunitz-Crosby-Guerin and the emergence of Fedotenko-Staal-Malkin is truly opening up some possibilities on the bottom lines. I do not believe that TK is ready to be a Top 6 winger for the Penguins. He has the scoring ability (Did you see his goal against Philthy? Legit) and the cycling ability. But, his passing skills leave a lot to be desired. However, he is definitely ready to center his own line.

4. I can't wait for Talbot to return.

5. We lost Hal Gill and Rob Scuderi. So, we decided to clone them, fuse them together, and put this freak of nature known as Jay McKee, who currently leads the NHL in blocked shots.

6. Fleury is an outstanding talent.

7. Hartnell eats fingers.

8. Go Pens.

Quick question: Is anyone else upset about the fact that the Maple Leafs traded what will probably be the first overall draft pick in the 2010 draft, as well as what will probably be a Top 10 pick in the 2011 draft, for Phil Kessel? The Maple Leafs probably won't even win a game this year...

I think it sucks. The Bruins are pumped though.

Pens are looking better than they did last year. MAF having the best start he's ever had. I think one of the best in Pens' history now that I think about it..

Upset? I think it's hilarious. Toronto makes the BenBrownIndiReds look like well run clubs.

Listened to most of this game last night. Got to hear "Shave my face with a rusty razor"....I don't know whether I should listen to more Mike Lang or less. :lol:
