hey guys. My 3 month old, Nick, is going in tomorrow to have surgery on an inguinal hernia. It's considered routine, but still nerve racking to think my son has to be put to sleep to have it done. So keep in him your thoughts if you can. Thanks.

Mike

My thoughts are with you and your son.

Also, you really should wait til they are at least 6 months old before asking them to help move furniture and such.

My little dude just had this exact surgery back in November. No matter how many times the Doc told us calmly that the surgery was routine; we still got nervous.

We were in a waiting room with the little man prior to surgery and they gave him the meds; I must say, there are very few moments in my life that were as funny as watching a 4 year old acting like a drunk college kid. After the surgery he was very tired and slept basically the rest of the day and night.

He was back to terrorizing his little brother in three days.
