I like this list very much and think it is very doable. 45 thinks very highly of Gesicki which makes me believe that we have a very good shot at him. I also like the fact that we will probably get the 2 kids from Glenville and probably McMillan. Getting 2 JUCO's OL is very nice and one of them only has one year of playing eligibility which will open up a spot in 2015. Do not know that much about Samuel but if we did not get him there are other athletes on the board that we will get. I do not see Urban getting a surprise recruit this year because of numbers. I just love this list and Maryland has overdone himself:bow:

Only addition is Hilliman at RB, but other than that, it's spot on.

With urban Meyer you always have to look out for surprise kids at the end of the recruiting cycle. This list is nice for our current date, but I imagine it will change by the start and ending of the football season, and it could even change greatly by the end of the summer

Someone should start a vbet with which player will be our last to commit. This would be hard to define though. As I recall last year Bell and Clark were both signing day kids. I guess you would get points if your player committed on signing day with the understanding that more than one player could win. Would also be more interesting if the poll closed early like end of July, etc.

Wouldn't the answer to our last commit technically be Cameron Johnson? Adds another layer to the aforementioned "hard to define" but a signing day cutoff would eliminate that particular uncertainty.

Next to commit would probably be a little easier lol.

I'm thinking that I'm going to have to take Lattimore and Smith off my predicted class list based on recent interviews. This is not a Chicken Littles statement; this staff will fill needs regardless. This is simply an opinion. It seems that, at least for the moment, they want to defy everyone who thinks they are locks to tOSU. I don't have any problem with this, and can actually relate to this kind of thinking. I probably would have responded similarly to such predictions at that age.

It would be unfortunate to see these talented Glenville players go OOS, but it would not be the end of the world. It has happened before; it will happen again.

Lattimore may go elsewhere, but until he does there is no reason to view him any differently than any other top Glenville recruit we've pursued. Ted Ginn Jr. waited until January. And I'm sure Marshon will do the same and I'm equally as confident he'll be a Buckeye.

Counter argument: why has Marshon come to campus so many times if indeed he is adamantly looking to go out of state?

Good question. I don't really have an argument, just an opinion. He could be simply keeping it close to the vest just like we've seen several other Glenville players do in the past. To me, however, it seems that Lattimore and Smith are taking a different, more rebellious approach (which again, I don't have a problem with). I hope I am totally wrong.

I have no concerns about Lattimore and Smith being in this class.

However, if we do miss on them for whatever reason, is there any doubt that Meyer would replace them with guys like Tony Brown and Jamal Adams (or someone similar)?

Recruiting- it is not something to be worried about under Meyer.
