Premier League (Official Thread)

Frustrating to watch. Spurs' worst performance of the season. Well done to West Ham though. Tottenham are no worse off than they were before this matchday, but a huge opportunity was wasted.

West Ham are a damn good team. They aren't a solitary point (One more game played) out of 4th for nothing. They really weathered the storm of losing Payet for an extended period of time quite well after his immaculate start to the season.

Lost opportunity to be sure, but Spurs still control their own destiny. Like Leicester, they've got to adapt to now being the hunted down the stretch, but nothing I've seen from them this season leads me to believe they won't be able to handle the challenge. Can't wait for Saturday...

I keep having a debate in my head over this:

Was Alex Ferguson actually correct in his assessment of Tim Howard when he brought Howard over from MLS?

He had hiccups at United, but he still played over a decade in the EPL. That's why I debate if Ferguson was actually correct and saw the talent.

I mean, over 10 years as a starting keeper in the EPL is a good career.

Arsenal strike first blood. That was some flick by Aaron Ramsey.
