QB Aaron Rodgers (Super Bowl XLV MVP, Asinine Conspiracy Theories MVP)

I think context is missing…

I do appreciate you updating me on the saga and giving the context. Let me make sure I have this right.

Rodgers: UFO conspiracy boys, cover up.
The brand: hahahaha crazy
Kimmel: Get a load of this UFO conspiracy joke
Rodgers: hahahaha Super Bowl conspiracy joke
AJ: That's crazy, must be a conspiracy El O El
Rodgers: By the way, there's a list of potential Epstein associates who may have been involved in the traffic and abuse of children, let me go ahead and directly name drop Jimmy Kimmel as being tied to it.

Yeah, because that's somehow NOT making a series of jokes, despite probably a bit of dislike between the two, WAY over the top and into potential harmful territory.

Your explanation here does nothing to dissuade that A-A-Ron just really should immediately apologize and recognize that, even joking about the association, kid diddling is in the absolute worst taste to bring up and directly line it to someone. At best, Rodgers is an idiot who really doesn't take a moment to think about how he should read the room and how to structure a joke. At worst he's disingenuous but will claim it to be all innocent fun.

Good talk.

Edit: for anyone who might tag along, I'd also like to say I'm no Kimmel fan. I don't believe he's that funny and his material is quite stale. He can Internet beef with whomever he likes. But I also recognize true nonsense when I see it.

immediately apologize
LOL. he's anti-establishment, maaaannnnnnnnnnn. He says what he thinks and doesn't have to apologize for it. Such a breath of fresh air to find somebody who can safely say the things we all wish we could say but aren't allowed because they're "not right" or "borderline illegal" or "make us a gigantic piece of shit".

Meh. I took the week after the holiday off, I'm on BP and reviewing line grades from the horse abortion that was the Cotton Bowl. Generally I don't chime in, but felt compelled to say my piece this time.

2024, New Year New Me?! Hashtag something or the other here.
Was just talking about in general. Lots of posters chimed in on this thread when usually just the nfl mega thread is active on this sub forum.

For what it’s worth, the vaccine for COVID is the most researched vaccine in the history of our species. There are thousands of medical research papers available publicly if anyone wants to learn about it.

Aaron Rodgers is a total fucking moron. Every time he talks about non-football things I remember why I hate that he seeks so much attention (that he inevitably complains about). I respect others’ ability to live their own lives. But Aaron preaches like he knows more than us. He doesn’t.

If Kimmel isn’t on the list, I’d find it hilarious if he sued. I don’t like Kimmel either but Rodgers is a stereotypical Roganite. Just happens to be a QB.

If I seem particularly fired up, I was just debating IRL with someone about this.

It's a shame they don't just release the list so we can put it to bed
It’s been delayed until late January because “Jane Doe #117” filed an emergency petition to have her name redacted from the list.

Most likely some type of foreign diplomat or dignitary. Anyways, she filed the petition stating she has a new lawyer and is entitled to seek a redaction based on timing of her new representation. She also claims her name being revealed could cause her significant physical harm.

It’s certainly an interesting follow. Think January 23rd is next earliest date it can be released.

Because there's no way a woman could be a rapist.
