Depends if mgmt can consistently put talent around him.
They’ve had a magical run of good decisions in the draft and FA the past two years.
I’ve been a Bengals fan for too long to accept competency as the norm. Hopefully, I’ll be proven wrong.

Joe seems to agree. He wanted to be OSU's QB, but had to leave to get his shot. I don't blame him for feeling this way.
