To be fair, Chicago’s defense lined up in the neutral zone five or six different times, and after the second flag it was obvious.

Other than the missed roughing the passer, the call that really hurt was the personal foul for the low block in TJ Watt at the edge of the ‘tight end’ box where Watt was barely touched (if at all), and it took back a short TD pass by Fields that cost the Bears 4 points.
