I have heard guys say they have other games up while broadcasting another so it is possible. Either way though, Herbie would have said the same damn thing to try to make it clear he is a "professional" and not biased which we all know he is a cockgobbler.

I have no problems with guys like Robert Smith, Speils, Kannel, Galloway, Palmer, Blackledge, Griese, Pollack, Dez Howard, being homers a little. I expect it really. Griese is a cockholster though and Howard can't make it through a telecast without reminding you he won a Heisman.

hehe, even though he's a turd, Desmond is entertaining. I expect his little bias and the Heisman thing is true so it doesnt bother me. The talking heads are the one's that piss me off. Blatant SEC felation is what I hate. IF the color guys aren't supposed to show bias why should Rece or Mark May or whomever else do it? Hell, they had Saban on multiple times this week lobbying for his team. Just give him a fucking platform there ESPN, that's definitely fair yeah?

The most ridiculous part wasn't even that he ranked OSU 9th (which was, in itself, ridiculous, given that every other pollster had us somewhere between #3 and #7--we were #5 overall). It was that he moved us down three or four spots on his ballot after we beat No. 8 Arkansas in the Sugar Bowl. All because he was "sleepy." Of course, in typical Kirk fashion, he couldn't believe all the big, bad OSU fans that gave him grief over something that he thought was so meaningless.

I'm a buckeye because I was born in Ohio. I paid all of the bills and part of the tuition for my girlfriend to get her degree. I've purchased jerseys, hats, programs, tickets, and all other manner of official merch since I was able to spend. I've attended tOSU men's and women's hoops games, baseball, and hockey games along with football games. I've never slandered individual players (with one exception), students or coaches of any teams. Maybe I just haven't been offered enough money to sell my soul? Idk. I do know that Herbie is a bitch. And bitches ain't buckeyes.

Not just being sleepy. He was sleepy and knew "I had to rank Ohio State (12-1) lower than Wisconsin (11-2) because Wisconsin had beaten them." Wisconsin, by the way, ended up 7th overall. Did you Kirk? I ask because you didn't have any problem putting LSU (11-2) in front of Arkansas (10-3) on your ballot even though Arkansas beat LSU 31-23 earlier that season.

As @BB73 once observed, there was literally no reason that Herbstreit hadn't filled out the bulk of his bracket anyway, at that point. By the time the Oregon Auburn BCS NC game was over, the only question for your ballot was where to drop the loser. All the other games had been played.

And... then..... There was Herbie's ranking OU 7th, up from 14th.... for beating 4 loss UConn..... UConn... one of those 4 losses, mind you was 2010 scUM. You may remember them.... came into the game 7-4, got blasted 37-7 and then, in RR's only Bowl Game took Ole Miss up the pooper to the tune of 52-14. RR would not survive the offseason, ushering in the Hoke era. GBYBMYMSOB

All of this is secondary to incorrectly implicating college athletes in NCAA violations on live TV and not even bothering to apologize or correct yourself when the parents of those players call you to task in what was an outright lie.

He should be shitcanned for doing that to any program period. And for that, fuck herbstreit with a horse cock full of syphilis.
