RB/WR/DB Demario McCall (Official Thread)

A full year in the S&C program, and I don't see how Mike Weber holds him off next season.

McCall is 5'9", 182 lbs. His S&C upside is limited when compared to guys like Mike Weber (212 lbs) and Antonio Williams (210 lbs) who are just naturally bigger guys. McCall replaces Curtis Samuel next year, after Samuel goes to the NFL.

I'd love that to but I think McCall has proven he'll be ready should Samuel decide to leave.

From what I recall... McCall had pretty impressive hands at the previous FNLs...
we haven't seen it.. because he goes in when Urban is trying to hold down the score and run
he's making Urban look bad... if every time he comes in he scores

I like it but Darren McFadden already used it at Arkansas. Although, if we can't use nicknames that have been used already, we'd be left with "really good runner guy."

He plays bigger than his size. I remember thinking Wilson was electric but too small as a freshman. I don't see that (although another off season with Mariotti couldn't hurt) with McCall.

He only needs about 10 pounds and he will be a different player. He will never be a thumper like Weber he just needs to be strong enough to break one tackle to take it 80.
