Reverend Dabo Swinney (HC Clemson Tigers - GSCS), random mid-century cars, and steroids

Inferred, but not stated: "Next thing you know, they'll be looking at the strength of each conference and they'll figure out it ain't much to go through the ACC and they'll be saying things like 'you don't play nobody.' Well, so?"

ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit and Paul Finebaum are already saying that.

The ACC shot them selves in the foot by joining the (Anti-SEC) Alliance with the B1G & PAC-12; so as far as ESPN is concerned:

Let’s remember that Clemson, even with the Georgia game, is playing the EASIEST schedule among all Power-5 teams this year. There’s a decent chance they won’t play another ranked team until the ACC CG.

Time will tell how much of last night's showing was UGA's D and how much was issues with Clempson's offense...but I suspect a mix of both. Their OL looked atrocious. It seemed like they were getting blown back on their heels 2/3 of the time. UGA has recruited very well on defense, but to my (admittedly untrained) eye, it looked like more than that. It seems like any team with a respectable front 7 is going to give them trouble this year. You don't end up with TWO rushing yards of you don't have OL issues, I don't care how good the D you're facing is.

And they probably lost their starting RB for the season.
