I'd avoid Samuel for a couple reasons, the first being that he's going to break the bank, so to speak for CBs.....Sure he plays well with the New England defense, but can he be an anchor guy in Cleveland? I don't know the answer to that one.
Besides the Browns could go after Adalius Thomas or, if the colts get stupid, Dwight Freeney instead
