There are some good ones in this list. If the Browns could land Steinbach that would be awesome. Adding Nate Clements :osu: or Asante Samuel would be nice too. Those are all areas of need for the Browns.

Is anyone else surprised to see Damon Huard at 13 on the list and Asante Samuel at 17? I though Asante had a much better season than 17 and should be higher on the list, while Damon Huard should be a bit lower.

Samuel's overrated. If a team gives him big-time money, it will be very disappointed next fall.

Kind of funny that Cato June made the list, considering he has to be the worst starting NFL linebacker when it comes to tackling fundamentals.

Interesting to see a bunch of Colts on the list.

He's also getting old... probably only good for another 3-4 years as a solid CB. No offense to either of these guys, but he could easily be another Baxter a year or two down the road.

I'd avoid Samuel for a couple reasons, the first being that he's going to break the bank, so to speak for CBs.....Sure he plays well with the New England defense, but can he be an anchor guy in Cleveland? I don't know the answer to that one.

Besides the Browns could go after Adalius Thomas or, if the colts get stupid, Dwight Freeney instead

whatever he's a playmaker who could play OLB given his speed.

And honestly I seriously doubt the Browns stay in a 3-4 after next year.

Your kidding me.....Freeney a waste at a 3-4. Are you aware of the talent he has. I'm pretty sure he would fit in fine in a 3-4 a DT or OLB.. But I think Mike80 is right Cleveland will be out of the 3-4 and hopefully go to a 4-3.

Pretty good players in this list. Justin Smith will be out of the picture because the Bengals are going to put the franchise tag on him. I hope they can find a way to keep Steinbach also.
