Sports 'journalists' (Who Don't Work For ESPN)

By the way, try finding a meaningful mention of Ohio State at ESPiN, CBS Sports...it's like nothing happened yet. Both sites have given Bama the NC already. I hope these young Buckeyes steamroll Tulsa and Oklahoma on the way to an undefeated NC. Given the recruiting, all of these arsehats must be apoplectic.

Didnt see anywhere in the text or the video where these guys were touted as "experts." What's the criticism for, because they're young? Their comments were fair and commonly talked about among CFB fans for months ahead of this past weekends slate.
That is exactly my point. Nothing that they said wasn't standard vapid conversation among casually informed fans. Wait, Oklahoma has to win because if they don't Ohio State is coming to town. You don't visit a website to hear such basic twaddle, you visit for insights from experts. That appears to have all disappeared. Moreover, there is not any mention of Ohio State on any of these pages. I find it simply stunning.

Pete Thamel pretty much lives in Urban Meyers guest bedroom. Not sure how much more coverage of Ohio State SI could provide that would sate your appetite.

JTB scoring seven TDs against a MAC school wasn't even a blip on the radar given all the intersectional matchups of annual conference contenders this weekend. I wouldn't have expected any coverage.

http://www.cbssports.com/college-fo...e-storylines-reshuffling-the-big-ten-and-sec/

Wisconsin travels to Michigan State in the early feel-good game for the Big Ten. This wasn't expected to be a expected to be a game between unbeatens.

Expect the unexpected.

The Wildcats are trying to beat South Carolina for a third consecutive year. Only oonOnly six teams nationally are worse nationally than Kentucky in total defense.

If oonOnly they had a nationally recognized editor.

7. The last days of the Big 12: Or so it seems, in the playoff picture. The league's two remaining undefeated teams are at home this week against quality teams. Oklahoma State has a chance of winning a shootout at No. 16 Baylor (3-0). Shootout? It took Mason Rudolph throwing for a career high 540 yards to beat Pittsburgh by a touchdown last week.

BYU meets West Virginia (2-0) at FedEx Field. Lose those two nonconference games and the Big 12 could be the first Power Five league without at least one undefeated team heading into Week 5.

Last I checked, Oklahoma State is in the Big XII.

This a perfect trap game for the overrated Huskies (No. 9, really?) , whichgo on the road for the first time.

whichgo is still not a recognized word? Would you even want to use the word "which" here?

Clay Travis gets butt hurt. http://www.outkickthecoverage.com/colorado-coach-hangs-up-on-me-121516

My take, FWIW:

If Plati really did what Travis alleges, that's ridiculous and he should be canned (I'd like to see the email first). As for MacIntyre, he probably should have sighed and put up with the inanity, but good for him anyway: Travis has been an utter douche for decades. Given that MacIntyre actually answered his question and then Travis put his own spin on it/words in MacIntyre's mouth, he deserved to be politely blown off. I'm not sure if the self-serving passive-aggressive (I'm a tough hard hitting keeping it real for my listeners guy but Colorado sucks and is a minor league program and MacIntyre's a small-time coach because they hurt my feelings) butt hurt from Travis is funnier if it's real or merely feigned outrage. Also kind of pathetic that Travis dogs Plati for his physical appearance and than extrapolates his behavior to "typical" college employees (most of whom like his beloved scheduler are just peon cogs putting food on the table for their families). Lastly, he says that the interview "confirmed" for him that MacIntyre isn't ready for a big-time coaching job, not that it showed him: He already had decided that and just brought him on to try to prove it.
