I'm refraining from the poll because none of the choices reflect my opinion.
My perspective is very simple: your "rights" end where another's begin. Just think about that the next time the guy behind you yells "sit down" and you think "fuck you".
I stood most of the scUM game, and my voice was gone by the end of the 3rd quarter (man, that was fun). However, I also was cognizant of the old man behind me. I didn't stand unless the guy in front of me stood (but I still yelled my ass off!), because the man behind me had a hard time getting to his seat, and could never stand the whole game. Even then, I crouched as much as I could so he could see the game, too. It worked beautifully. This man loved the Buckeyes, and he was cheering the team on before I was even conceived, so he deserved that much respect. Does that mean he wasn't as passionate about the Buckeyes as the rest of us? Hell no. He loved SEEING us stomp the shit out of scUM, and he cheered as best he could. He just wasn't physically able to stand all day. Does that mean he doesn't have the "right" to SEE the game from the seat he purchased? Hell no. Think about that.
Stand as much as you like, so long as you show some consideration for your fellow Buckeyes, who may not have your physical prowess, but whose hearts bleed Scarlet and Gray just like you.
Again, think about it.
I expected better from you...
